Hoop Dance For Moms: Focus on the Physical Self: 6 week series
Wednesdays begininning January 20th to February 24th, 11am to 12:15pm
In this mid-day class, you’ll learn the basics of hoop dance. Instructor Becca Imbur will guide students to focus on strengthening the core as well as mastering moves on the waist, chest, hips and hands. Hoops are available for participant use for the duration of the class. Classes are kept small to allow for one-on-one instruction and assistance. Becca is a Certified Hoop Dance Instructor and performs all over the Southeast.
Cost: Drop-in ($15/class) $60 for 6 week series, $54 for members

Hoop Dance I: Focus on the Physical Self: 6 week series
Thursdays begininning January 28th to March 4th, 6:45pm to 7:45pm
Hoop Dance Level I is an introductory class series designed to teach the basics of hoop dance. Instructor Becca Imbur will guide students to focus on strengthening the core as well as mastering moves on the waist, chest, hips and hands. Participants will learn dance combos that will allow for further exploration of this unique dance. Classes are kept small to allow for one-on-one instruction and assistance. Becca is a Certified Hoop Dance Instructor and performs all over the Southeast.

Hoop Dance II: Focus on Flow: 6 week series
Thursdays begininning January to March 4th, 8:00pm to 9:00pm
Hoop Dance Level II will take your hoop dance to a whole new level! In this class, participants will learn intermediate moves including angle hooping on the chest, leg hooping and advanced off body moves such as chest/back rolls, tosses and jumps. An introduction to ‘Twins’ (spinning two hoops simultaneously) will be explored. Hoop Dance Level II curriculum also includes the theory of Flow, sustained spinning and hooping as meditative practice. Classes are kept small to allow for one-on-one instruction and assistance. Becca Imbur is a Certified Hoop Dance Instructor and performs all over the Southeast.
Note: Must be comfortable and proficient with Hoop Dance Level I moves.
