All of our hoops are hand wrapped with attention to detail and quality. There is a lot of skill and craftmanship in getting a hoop wrapped and with our large assortment of tapes you can choose from either a standard hoop wrap or create a custom hoop designed explicitly to your specifications.
1) First, pick a size and weight... this is a function of the diameter and the type of tubing used. The larger the hoop, the slower the rotation around the core. Measure from your navel to the floor to find the correct size.

Children ($15-25):
- Ages 3-5 years ($15-20); 28-33" (1/2" 125 psi)
- Ages 6-8 years ($20-25); 37" (3/4" 100 psi)
- Ages 9 & Up: Typically use an adult sized hoop

Adult ($30-40): For adults and older children
- Small: 40" (3/4" 100 psi)
- Medium: 42" (3/4" 160 psi)
- Large: 44" (3/4" 160 psi)

Fitness ($40-50): Fitness hoops are larger and heavier than Adult Traditional hoops. Fitness hoops are designed to give your core a cardio blast! Fitness hoops are ideal for senior hoopers since the Fitness hoop rotation is slow.
- Small: 42" (1" 100 psi)
- Medium: 44" (1" 160 psi)
- Large: 46" (1" 160 psi)

2) Second, pick a wrap design... all hoops come with your choice of electric and gaffer tape for the base cost, but for an extra $5 for kid's hoops and $10 for adults you can select from one of the many specialty tapes that we carry... from Rainbow Sheen to fluorescent colors to reflective tape of pretty much any color desired.
